How to scare a scare crow
One of the hardest things ever to do is scare a scare crow. I tried dressing up like fire, but I was burned too badly by the time I got to the cornfield to do anything. But he could probably hear my screaming from a distance and that probably at least unsettled him a little.

When I need to scare a scare crow, I give him something nice like cotton candy or carmel yogurt. Then when he looks down to take a bite I fire a pistol in the air and start running aroung and yelling a bunch of crazy words. This will also work with your brother's kids or a landlord.
