My Feelings: Day 3

Have you ever felt really down? I mean, really down. If you have, please write and tell me what it’s like. I would like to write about it one of these days, but I always seem to be on top of the world, so I really wouldn’t know where to start. Thanks in advance.

I have felt really down and I mean, really down. It kind is hard to explain. It feels like there is no way out, no hope. No one understands. What it must be like to be on top of the world. I never been there.

When I wrote "feeling down," I guess I was thinking more along the lines of feeling "short."

Now that I think about it, I guess feeling "down" could have more than one meaning. So, let me try that again.

Does anyone know what it's like to feel really short? I mean, really short. I would like to write about it, but I wouldn't know where to start. I am as tall as the top of the world.

I knew what you meant. Like "down in the dumps" kind of down, right? I've never been homeless before and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'll never have to dive down in the dumps, so I guess I don't know how it feels either. Maybe you should conduct some undercover interviews with those people that live under the bridge.

My name is Barrito, but many call me Burrito, which is different but a nickname. I like it for sure. Sometimes when I am at the restarant, someone orders "Super Burrito" and that feels good to hear. But when I am with a lady friend she will see me when I get off my chair and I am short. This is different but worse: by far.
A person can be so short but that does not change his soul or name. This is all just my belief. Your beliefs are yours too. Thank you for giving me this chance.
